We're delighted to have completed the Rhythmic Heart project, a programme of community drum, dance, song and nature connection workshops and classes which built towards a celebratory community performance evening and this short film to share positive experiences... ​​
There was so much enthusiasm and joy created in our weekly classes
that we've decided to continue. Our next course runs from the 23rd April to the 21st May.

Join us to immerse yourself in dance, rhythm and song drawing from both West African traditions
and also from creative responses to local landscapes and soundscapes.

At Rhythmic Heart you'll develop your dance and rhythm skills, build friendships and strengthen creativity, coordination, confidence and all round well-being in a positive and uplifting environment.​
