JOEL HC

Our newest member, Joel joined the Shumba team in 2019 and was lucky to be brought up surrounded by world music, often going to festivals and parties with parents who played in various Latin Bands, sometimes joining them on stage to play percussion!

Joel says "I have always been passionate about so many different genres of music and it’s an ongoing evolution as I find the huge spectrum feeds one into the other".

We are really excited about the musicality and youthful vibrancy that Joel brings with him!
