About the Event
This Autumn we will be running two 6 week courses of group drumming aimed at beginners.
During the class we will explore African drums and percussion, traditional rhythms, improvised music making and more.
Participants will ideally join us for the full 6 weeks but there is flexibility for those who may join late or need to miss sessions.
The first block will run from Sept 17th to Oct 22nd and the second block from Nov 5th to Dec 10th.
This will all be at a gentle pace, with the aim of benifiting our mental health and well being, while cultivating a supportive and welcoming group.
Drums, teas and biscuits provided.
