About the Event
With rhythm as our guide, the earth as our home, and tribe as our companion, lets honour our resilience, tend to our well-being, nourish our bodies and open our hearts.
Drawing on the success of the Rhythmic Heart pilot project, we're delighted to be able to continue the Rhythmic Heart journey.
Join us for our weekly creative classes in dance, rhythm and song drawing from West African traditions and also from creative responses to local landscapes and soundscapes.
At Rhythmic Heart you'll develop your dance and rhythm skills, build friendships and strengthen creativity, coordination, confidence and all round well-being in a positive and uplifting environment.
