About the Event
With funding from the National Lottery Community Fund we're excited to be launching the Rhythm Hub project, bringing Exeter and Okehampton communities together through rhythm, dance and song.
Rhythm Hub will provide opportunities for people of all ages/ethnicities/genders/beliefs to take part in group drumming, dancing, singing and community-building games in a relaxing and accessible way that will build friendships and strengthen creativity, co-ordination, confidence and all-round wellbeing.
Come along to our 'bringing it all together' family session at Heavitree Park Hub. We'll have a play together and bring something simple topgether that we could share at our celebratory community performance evening, Rhythmic Folk.
Rhythmic Folk will be on 6th September 2025 in Exeter, a space where all participants will have the opportunity to come together with local musicians and members of the wider community, to share and celebrate what we’ve created together during the project.
