About the Event
With funding from the National Lottery Community Fund we were able to run the Rhythm Hub courses. Now, thanks to your willingness, we'd like to offer a couple more sessions outside of the funding...
Rhythm Hub provides opportunities for people of all ages/ethnicities/genders/beliefs to take part in group drumming, dancing, singing and community-building games in a relaxing and accessible way that will build friendships and strengthen creativity, coordination, confidence and all round well-being.
Join us for our ongoing Rhythm Hub drum & dance course in Exeter to learn rhythms, dances and songs from West Africa, develop your dance and rhythm skills, and make new friendships in a positive and uplifting environment.
We'll meet on Monday mornings from 11am to 1pm on the following dates:
