Dart Beat is a space to collectively honour our resilience, tend to our well-being, nourish our bodies and open our hearts

Bringing together our signature collaboration of drums, percussion, dance and song, we'll bring the balm of community to these strange days through a creative exploration of intelligent rhythmic traditions from west Africa. These traditions know how to re-connect us to our vitality and our joy as a potent route to profound well-being as we come together as tribe.

This session is intended as a taster and is open to anyone who feels called. If there is enough intereste we'll look to offer some more sessions

As always, we really encourage everyone to go at their own pace and listen to their bodies so nothing is pushed, and we can all find our natural rhythm.
